The PCU is situated in the northern section of city and is twenty minutes to all the main business and government offices in the capital. Close by the PCU are numerous hotels and dining facilities while only five to ten minutes by car are a wide range of leisure facilities including  amusement park, international fair ground , sport centres, swimming pools, and the magestic "Alborz Mountain Range"  and the beautiful Melat Park .

The international airport is a 45 minute drive away (distance between PCU-Airport 20 km). Taxi costs 10-15 USD (be careful to hire only official taxis).
