Siguiendo el Plan de Renovación discutido en Foz de Iguazú y aquí adjunto, mediante el cual esta renovación se efectúa en etapas. Las vacantes a ser elegidas en esta primer etapa son las siguientes:

Favor proceder a enviar a la secretaria las candidaturas de su selección antes del 31 de enero del 2009. Favor tomar en consideración que la presentación de candidatos debe hacerse solo para las categorías y regiones correspondientes presentadas en la tabla anterior.
La nominación de candidatos a las vacantes, siguiendo el plan de renovación debe proceder de la siguiente forma:
3.1. Estar registrado como Miembro de la RIRH para la fecha límite de hacer Nominaciones
3.2. Ser recomendado al Comité de Nominaciones por dos
Miembros de la RIRH (No necesariamente Miembros del Directorio) registrados para votar en la Asamblea General.
3.3. Completar y firmar el Formulario de Nominación para
Membresía en el Directorio de la RIRH durante el período de nominación (Ver Paso 2, Metodología). El Formulario de
Nominación debe venir con el reconocimiento de Aceptación de Términos y Condiciones -- Proceso de Elección de la RIRH y Término de Compromiso con la Visión y Objetivos de la RIRH -- Código de Ética.
Adjuntamos el Formulario de Nominación que debe ser firmado (se acepta firma electrónica) y completado por el candidato para ser tenido en consideración por el Comité de Nominaciones.
Igualmente, adjuntamos la lista de Miembros de la RIRH por categoría y región inscriptos antes del 1º de abril de 2008 que son elegibles a participar en el proceso de elecciones. Nótese que los miembros actuales del presente Directorio (identificados con un asterisco en la tabla anterior) no son elegibles a ser candidatos en esta oportunidad.

Please proceed to send the selected nominations before January 31st, 2009. Please take into consideration that the nominatios presented must be within the corresponding categories and regions shown above.
Following the Renewal Plan, the designation of nominee for the vacancies should proceed in the following way:
3.1. Be registered as IWRN Member by the corresponding deadline to submit Nominations
3.2. Be recommended to the Nominations Committee by at least two IWRN Members (NOT necessarily IWRN Board Members) as registered to vote in the IWRN Assembly.
3.3. Having completed and signed the IWRN Board Member Nomination Form during the Nomination period (See Step 2, Methodology). The Nomination Form should come with acknowledgement of Acceptance of Terms and Conditions – IWRN Election Process and the Term of Commitment with IWRN Vision and Objectives – Code of Ethics.
Please find attached the Nomination Form which must be signed (electronic signature is accepted) and filled in by the candidate in order to be considered by the Designations Committee.
In addition, we attach the List of IWRN Members by category and region registered before April 1st 2008 and who are eligible to participate in the Elective Process. Please note that the current members of the present Board of Director (identified with an asterisk above) are not eligible to be candidates in this opportunity.
