Southeast Asia Regional Learning Center (SEA-RLC)
The SEA-RLC is a regional initiative of the global GEF-funded International Waters project - 'Strengthening Global Capacity to Sustain Transboundary Waters: the International Waters Learning Exchange and Resource Network (IW:LEARN).'
Please note that content from the Southeast Asia Regional Learning Centre has been migrated and will be updated at http://www.iwlearn.net. For more details contact Dr. Richard Cooper (IW:LEARN Regional Coordinator). The mission of the SEA-RLC is to build capacity for managing
international waters or Transboundary Waters Management (TWM) in
Southeast Asia. More specifically, the SEA-RLC seeks to facilitate the sustainable management of shared marine, coastal and freshwater ecosystems by ensuring access to information resources.
