i am study a master degree student on International Law in Thailand and do a paper about BWM Convention. I have a question. please give me an imformation

Algeria, Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, Cook Island, Egypt, France, Kenya, Kiribati, Korea, Liberia, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Mexico, Nigeria, Norway, Saint Kits and Nevis, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Syrian Arab Republic, Tuvalu = approx. 22 percent of world tonnage
