Atlantic and Baltic joint efforts
Invited by the Federal Republic of Germany, HELCOM and the Commission for the Protection of the Marine Environment of the North-East Atlantic (OSPAR) met in Bremen between 23 and 27 June 2003 - individually, and jointly at ministerial level.

- 24/6 “Guidelines on bunkering operations and ship to ship cargo transfer of oils, subject to Annex I of MARPOL 73/78, in the Baltic Sea Area”
