Media tour of the HELCOM BALEX DELTA exercise area
Helsinki, 7 August (HELCOM Information Service) – Russia’s Federal Agency of Maritime and River Transport and the State Marine Pollution Control, Salvage & Rescue Administration will host a media tour of the BALEX DELTA 2008 exercise area outside Kaliningrad on Wednesday, 27th of August onboard a guest vessel.
The tour (06:00 – 15:00) will be followed by a press conference (15:00-17:00) onboard the guest vessel “KPX-1668”. Media Representatives will be picked up by a bus at 05:00-05:30 at the hotel “Kaliningrad” (Leninskiy Avenue 81, Kaliningrad).
To participate in the event, representatives of the media must apply for accreditation by sending a fax to +7 495 694-01-20 and e-mailing a copy to britvinaLA@mintrans.ru. When applying for accreditation, please provide the following details: first name, last name, media affiliation, country, job title, passport No. and date of issue & expiry, type of equipment, mobile phone number and the editorial office phone number.
The deadline for accreditation is 12th August.
