Fourth Stakeholder Conference on the HELCOM Baltic Sea Action Plan

Helsinki, 23 February (HELCOM Information Service) - The Helsinki Commission will hold the Fourth Stakeholder Conference on the HELCOM Baltic Sea Action Plan on 3 March 2009 in Helsinki, Finland. The Conference is open to the Media. It will take place at the Marina Congress Center (2nd floor, Fennia 1), Katajanokanlaituri 6. The opening is at 9:30 a.m.
