Main data of the North-Pest Wastewater Treatment Plant investment

This investement will considerably improve the quality of treated water led into the Danube. Phase 2 of the developement project, aimed at the constuction of a nutrient removal unit, will be completed in 2010. The attached PDF contains main technological data.

Study Tour #1 Report

The Implementing Agent and the Beneficiaries arrange an observation/study tour to Germany and France to study experience and best practices of wetland management and rehabilitation, which is also the focus of Part B of the GEF Nutrient Reduction project.
