Together with the Asian Development Bank and the Worldwide Fund for Nature, the MRC is preparing a project identification to study the economic, environmental and social factors involved in meeting the region’s energy needs with acceptable levels of impact. Anticipated activities include sustainability guidelines, support for strategic environmental assessments, capacity building and pilot-testing of industry standards for sustainability assessment.
