The design should consider the use of recycled materials and renewable energy for the construction and operation of the Center, such as solar and wind energy to build the center as a model of ecological integrity and a green building with the functions of environmental education, wetland research and bird watching and conservation .The architecture should integrate innovation with the simplistic conservation landscape to provide a good view without disturbing wild birds ,and also accommodate adequate services facilities to enable the staff of the center to organize a variety of education programs .
