IMPORTANT NOTE:

Identification cards will be issued only to those participants who have submitted their official letter of accreditation (PDF or JPEG digital format, maximum file size 1Mb) to the General Secretariat of the OAS and have properly filled in this official registration form, and have provided a photograph.

This registration form must be accompanied by a recent color photo of the requesting media representative in Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG) format. Maximum file size: 250 kb.

The photo you submit will be used for your ID card.

Identification cards must be displayed by the bearer at all times at the venue and during the official activities of the General Assembly.
