The Training Strategy
The Training Strategy was designed to:
"...provide a framework for the identification, design, production, implementation and evaluation of training with reference to Project Goal and Objectives and agreed priorities. The Strategy aims to move towards the achievement of the Project Goal and Objectives by providing appropriate training for key stakeholders of the LTBP" (Roland & Trudel, 1998, p 9).
