Project Office invites to apply both INTERNATIONAL and NATIONAL consultants to work on Strategic Action Programme for UNEP/GEF Project. The International consultant will be responsible for producing full draft of the Strategic Action Programme by analysing and summarizing results of all substantive reports produced during the implementation of the project. The National consultant will be responsible for developing specific process, stress reduction and environmental status indicators for the Strategic Action Programme ToR for INTERNATIONAL consultant is uploaded here. The Project Office together with both Executive and Implementing Agencies are invited reputable companies with expertise in indigenous environmental co-management for implementing a demonstration project: Environmental Co-Management by Indigenous Peoples of the Russian North (DEMO-COMAN). The companies must ensure that expertise, based in different parts of the Arctic, in various fields necessary to implement Indigenous Environmental Co-Management is fully utilized and consulted to complete the required tasks.
