We are a team of international waters governance experts.

We can help negotiate and implement governance arrangements including for benefit sharing, data and information sharing and exchange, institutional architecture, conflict resolution, finance, resilience including to climate change, compliance and enforcement.

Our areas of expertise include cross cultural communication, experiential learning, negotiation simulation exercises, international water and energy law, international environmental law, international ocean law and environmental impact assessment. 

We also do training and capacity building, and conduct evaluations, in these areas and work in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Finnish.

Our clients include a wide range of international institutions, governments, non-governmental organizations, academia, aboriginal groups  and the private sector.
