First Harmonization Meeting for the integrated Management of the Buna/Bojana basin, Coastal area and aquifers, Montenegro

The First Harmonization meeting for the integrated management of the Buna/ Bojana basin, the coastal area and aquifers will be held in Podgorica, Montenegro. 

The meeting will be chaired by Ms. Jelena Knezevic, Adviser to the Minister of Sustainable Development and Tourism (MNE).

Participants will include representatives form the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism, of the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Water Administration, the Deputy Director of PAP/RAC Mr. Marko Prem, the GWP-Med Chairman, Mr. Michael Scoullos and the Project Coordinator from UNESCO-IHP Mr. Jose Luis Martin-Bordes.

During the meeting, the aims, issues and vision of the Consultation process ahead of the preparation of the Buna/Bojana Plan will be explored.
