Issues
A TDA prepared during the early 2000s identified five major transboundary problems:
- Unsustainable Exploitation of Fisheries
- Habitat Destruction and Community Modification
- Pollution
- Freshwater Shortage
- Global (Climate) Change
An updated TDA will be prepared, and national and regional strategic action plans will be developed to recommend management actions to address the transboundary problems.
