Senior Expert. Educated in marine biology in Vietnam, Dr. Tuan is a recognised expert in the science and management of coral reefs and marine resources for sustainable use. He has extensive experience in education and training through his wide range of lectures and guidelines on marine ecosystems, biodiversity conservation and MPA planning. Before joining the PCU, Tuan worked as Vice Director of the Institute of Oceanography in beautiful Nha Trang city, Vietnam.
