The Project Steering Committee (PSC)
The Project Steering Committee (PSC) is the highest project authority that approves the activities, budget, and workplan, and provides guidance to overall project implementation. The PSC consists of 1 representative from each country. UNOPS, UNDP and Conservation International-Philippines are also members of the PSC. The GEF, while not a member, is usually represented at PSC meetings through the UNDP/GEF Regional Technical Advisor.
The PSC meets annually to review project implementation progress and approve the next workplan and budget.
