SPUTNIC project

The SPUTNIC project, Strategies for Public Transport in Cities, is dedicated to challenges faced by local and regional public transport systems in transition. These challenges include the emergence of a competitive environment, changing institutional frameworks and increasingly scarce financial resources. The website developed by the REC presents project information on the four priority areas of market organisation; customer relations; corporate management; and equipment and operational aspects.
