This report is a detailed description of project activities implemented from January 2005 to January 2006. Activities included the setting up of an email discussion list and communications network to enable liaison among beneficiaries of twinning grants, as well as the organisation of a workshop for grant beneficiaries to enable the exchange of experience and to provide training on specific topics.
