The MedPartnership at the 17th Meeting of the Contracting Parties to the Barcelona Convention in Paris this week

UNEP/MAP’s biennial meeting of the Parties to the Barcelona Convention will take place in Paris on 8-10 February 2012, where more than 100 participants from the region will gather to discuss the future of the protection of the marine and coastal environment in the Mediterranean. 

Within the framework of the three day meeting the MedPartnership will host an exhibition at the venue of the meeting (Centre de Conférence Ministériel, 27, rue de la Convention) showcasing the project. Posters of the activities and demonstration sites throughout the region will be displayed together with short videos. The recently developed iPad application will be featured, offering the opportunity to all participants to experience the project using the latest technology. A limited amount of printed materials will also be available.
