The workshop is planned as a forum for information dissemination and discussions on post-Copenhagen perspectives from a variety of viewpoints, including that of the Central and Eastern European region. The workshop will start with a general introduction to the international process, given by representatives of the UN and EC. National perspectives will also be presented, and a variety of stakeholders from CEE countries and Turkey will be given the chance to contribute to the discussions.
